Frequently asked questions.

I’ve never done Pilates before, how do I know it’s for me?

An expert at anything was once a beginner! Our Intro Offer provides you with the choice of a 30-minute 1:1 session with one of our qualified instructors. They will assist you in understanding the basic Pilates principles and help ease you into a group class setting. Along with the 1:1 session, our intro offer gets you access to 21 days of classes, including our Embody class and a pair of grip socks.

How do I book?

Visit our timetable page and click on the class you’d like to book. By doing this, you’ll create a unique account that can be used for future bookings via our website or by downloading the ‘Momence’ app. Your unique account can be used to log in to the app. All classes require pre-booking to reserve your spot. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

I loved my Intro Offer! What’s next?

Boda Soul offers memberships and multi-class pack options to soothe your Pilates fix. You can find these on our membership page.

What happens if I need to cancel my class?

Our A.M classes have an 8-hour cancellation policy, and our P.M. classes have a 4-hour cancellation policy. Canceling outside of this timeframe will result in a cancellation fee. Our full cancellation policy and T&Cs can be found here

What do I wear/bring?

Activewear is perfect for Pilates. We like to feel extra grounded during class, so leave your shoes at the door (or, preferably, in one of our designated storage cubes). Grip socks and towels are compulsory during your session. This helps look after our equipment and you. Forgot your towel or socks? No worries! You can purchase these at reception.

I’m injured and heard that Pilates was good for rehabilitation. Can I come to class?

Whilst Pilates can aid in rehabilitation, we prefer to leave that up to the allied health professionals. If you are injured, doctor’s clearance must be obtained prior to booking a class at Boda Soul.
